SAPO Notícias5 September 2026 at 07:10

The Championship of Portugal is back this weekend, after the break for the Portuguese Cup matches. The competition returns with the 3rd round taking place in various series of the tournament.

In Series 2, Castro Daire will host Estrela Calheta, but the match was postponed to October 4th, not taking place this weekend as originally planned.

The teams of Cinfães and Mortágua will be in action during this 3rd round, taking to the field to compete in their respective series of the championship.

The postponement of Castro Daire's match alters the schedule of Series 2, which will have only some matches played this weekend, with the home team having to wait until October to make their debut in the competition.
