Ten Portuguese startups were selected to join the national delegation at SF Tech Week, in San Francisco, United States, the first time Portugal has an official event at this tech conference. The "Portugal at SF Tech Week 2026" program, promoted by RedBridge Lisbon, Unicorn Factory Lisboa and Startup Portugal, is divided into two phases: training in Lisbon in September and immersion in Silicon Valley in October, where founders will participate in meetings with investors and networking events. The ten selected companies operate in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, HealthTech and Deeptech, having raised more than 11 million euros in investment and employing more than 160 people. The organizers highlighted that the Portuguese ecosystem has maturity to enter the North American market, the largest innovation market in the world.
