The PSP of Portimão made several arrests in the area. Two young women, both aged 17, were arrested on suspicion of theft in a clothing store.
The young women were intercepted by authorities after the robbery at the store. The authorities did not reveal further details about the value of the stolen items or the method used.
In a separate operation, a man was also arrested for drug trafficking. In addition to this charge, the individual was arrested for driving without a driver's license.
The arrests were carried out by the PSP of Portimão and made public through an official statement.
