The event aims to commemorate the memory of this Portuguese composer in a place that has connections to the House of Braganza.
The initiative results from a partnership between the Foundation of the House of Braganza and the Vila Viçosa Municipal Council. This collaboration allows efforts to be combined to promote the appreciation of Portuguese musical heritage from the monarchy period.
