Young 18-year-old in preventive detention for violating minor sister

An 18-year-old young man was placed in preventive detention on suspicion of sexual crimes against his minor sister. The detainee is a student at a vocational school located in the interior of the country.

The crimes are alleged to have been committed during the school holiday period, when the young man was at home. The authorities became aware of the situation and proceeded with the investigation of the case.

The Public Prosecutor's Office presented the most severe coercive measure, considering the detention of the young man necessary to protect the minor victim. The court decided on preventive detention for the defendant.
