Rock in Rio 2026 begins this Friday (4) with a great lineup of rock bands that brings together thousands of fans. The main name of the day is the band Foo Fighters, who always put on great shows at festivals in Brazil. The highlight is the repertoire from the new album "Your Favorite Toy". On the World Stage, the main one, Rise Against, The Hives and Nova Twins are also performing.

On the Sunset Stage, the highlight is the show with Capital Inicial featuring Dado Villa-Lobos. There will also be performances by Detonautas, Biquini Cavadão and Di Ferrero. The festival promises other new features in this edition, including drone shows on almost every day of the event.

There are still tickets available for this Friday (4), Saturday (5) and for the 11th and 13th in the following weekend. Sales are made through the Ticketmaster website. The full price is R$ 870 and the half price is R$ 435.

This year there is also a new feature called Comfort Zone, a more comfortable area closer to the stage. The entry for this area costs R$ 1,950 for full price. The World Stage, which is the main stage of the festival, has undergone improvements for this edition.

Young musicians from Famalicão return home for the 8th edition of the Jovem Orquestra

The Jovem Orquestra de Famalicão (JOF) begins its 8th edition, bringing together dozens of young musicians who return to the city before resuming positions in European schools and orchestras.
