Nuno Borges de Carvalho, director of the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at the University of Aveiro, received the John Howard Dellinging Gold Medal, awarded by the Union Radio-Scientifique Internationale (URSI), during the General Assembly and Scientific Symposium in Krakow, Poland.
