Paredes de Coura resumes detailed plan to install new industrial zone

The Municipality of Paredes de Coura decided to restart the elaboration of the detail plan that foresees the construction of a new business welcoming zone in Linhares and Ferreira. The notice was published today in Diário da República.

The document states that the opportunity for the plan results from the need to address the business welcoming needs in the municipality, creating conditions for the installation of new businesses and economic activities in the region.

The decision to resume the detail plan arises in the context of local economic development, seeking to boost business activity and attract investment to the territory of Paredes de Coura.

The notice published in Diário da República marks the formal restart of the plan elaboration process, which will define the rules for occupation and development of the future industrial zone in the parish of Linhares and Ferreira.

Algarve out of the six strategic business areas
