The scarcity of offices in the European market is driving a significant increase in rents and attracting investor interest, according to a study by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the analysis, prime rents in Europe increased on average 4.6% between June 2025 and the same period this year, reflecting the growing demand for quality spaces.
Lisbon stood out in the European landscape, registering a 10.3% increase in rents, a growth well above the European average. The Portuguese capital thus emerges as one of the most dynamic markets on the continent in this sector.
The Cushman & Wakefield study indicates that this appreciation trend is generating new investment opportunities in the European office market.
