Aina Vidal, a Sumar deputy, strongly criticized the Vox party after statements by Figaredo about "hunting immigrants." The deputy considered the rhetoric used by the far-right party unacceptable.
Vidal contrasted Vox's words with the reality in Ceuta, where migrants slept on the sand and children went without food. The deputy questioned how one can speak of an "invasion" in the face of such a serious situation of human vulnerability.
Vidal's statement comes following the words of Figaredo, a Vox member, who used the expression "hunt immigrants," which provoked strong condemnation from the Sumar deputy.
