IR-Capital announced the integration of Externato São Miguel Arcanjo, in Lisbon, bringing to seven the number of schools managed by the group. With this operation, the company now has more than 500 employees and installed capacity for over 4,000 students.
Externato São Miguel Arcanjo is located in the eastern zone of the capital, near Parque das Nações, and has capacity for around 800 students. The school ensures a complete educational path, from nursery and daycare up to the 3rd cycle of basic education. This acquisition marks IR-Capital's entry into the Lisbon region, expanding its territorial presence previously concentrated in other areas of the country.
The integration will be carried out with respect for the identity and history of the institution. IR-Capital commits to preserving the Catholic and Christian identity of the school, the values of the educational project and the close relationship with students and families. Fernando Fidalgo, General Pedagogical Director of the group, stated that the new phase will be carried out with continuity, maintaining the same identity and support for students.
Manuel Mexia, Managing Partner of IR-Capital and responsible for Executive Management for Education, highlighted that the ambition is clear: with work, time and investment, this will become the benchmark Catholic school in Lisbon. The company's commitment will translate into a gradual investment in people, in the quality of the educational offering and in the conditions provided to students.
