The Portuguese singer Sara Correia will give a concert in Montevideo on November 12, at Sala Zitarrosa, as part of the Fado Festival. At 7 PM, at the same location, composer, producer, and arranger Diogo Clemente presents the conference "The Street and Fado," dedicated to the presence of the genre in the daily life of Lisbon's streets and neighborhoods and the influence between music and the city's residents.
Sara Correia closes the program the following day, at 8 PM. The fadista will present "Tempestade," her most recent album.
Sara Correia's career includes her debut in 2018 with the album "Sara Correia," and in 2021, her second work "Do Coração" received a Latin Grammy nomination.
