The Betim Trade Center (BTC), a development intended for the logistics, industrial and commercial sectors, reached 70% of lots sold even before the completion of the implantation works. The project is located in Betim, in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, with its main access via Avenida Fausto Ribeiro da Silva, a road corridor that serves the Bandeirinhas region and connects Betim to Sarzedo.
The commercial performance of BTC coincides with a cycle of expansion in Betim's economy. Data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) for 2023 reveals that the municipality recorded a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of R$ 52.6 billion, the second largest in Minas Gerais, representing 5.4% of the wealth produced in the state.
Betim ranks among the 25 municipalities with the largest share in Brazilian GDP, holding a position alongside Belo Horizonte. The entry of new operations in the municipality increases the demand for land intended for productive activities, distribution centers and storage, driving developments such as Betim Trade Center.
