REPSOL'S NEW SINES FACTORIES NEAR OPERATION

Repsol received today the Digital Exploration Title for the two new factories of the Alba Project, located in Sines. This title marks an important phase in the project's realization, allowing the company to advance to the industrial operation stage.

The investment associated with the Alba Project is around 820 million euros, representing one of the largest industrial commitments of the company on the Iberian Peninsula. The project represents a significant milestone in Repsol's expansion strategy.

The two new factories are in an advanced stage of construction and are preparing to start commercial operation at the end of this year. With this entry into operation, the productive capacity of the Sines refinery will be considerably increased.
