The "Education Conferences '26" started at Teatro Ribeiro Conceição, in Lamego, on the opening morning of the new school year. The event was centered on the theme "(Re)Thinking leadership in the context of pedagogical innovation," bringing together education professionals to reflect on the role of leadership in the current school context.
The initiative was promoted by the Teacher Training Center of Lamego, Armamar, Resende and Tarouca, known by the acronym CEFOP-LART. This training center is responsible for organizing professional development activities for teachers from the four municipalities it serves.
The main objective of the conferences was to provide a space for reflection and debate on educational leadership, seeking to connect this dimension with the challenges of pedagogical innovation in schools.
