The United States Mint released a 2026 1-dollar coin featuring the effigy of Donald J. Trump. This is the first time a sitting president has appeared on a US 1-dollar coin.

The coin is already in circulation and available for purchase in rolls and bags starting at noon, Eastern Standard Time. The release was made by the US Mint, responsible for issuing currency in the country.
