Summer is returning to Portugal, with temperatures soaring in the coming days. The intense heat will affect several regions of the country.

This Thursday, authorities will place 11 districts on yellow alert due to the heat. This alert measure aims to warn the population about the adverse weather conditions.

Temperatures could reach 40°C in some regions of the country, indicating a significant heat wave during this period.
