DS Imobiliária increases billing by 24% and sales by 10% in the first half

Jornal Económico2 September 2026 at 13:57

DS Imobiliária achieved billing of over two million euros in real estate mediation commissions in the first half, representing 24% growth compared to the same period last year. During this period, the company mediated the sale of 306 properties, with a total volume of over 57 million euros, corresponding to a 10% increase in the number of properties sold. Listings on an exclusive basis also grew 13%, from 473 to 536 properties, and over 2,000 new owners entrusted the company with the commercialization of their properties, 12% more than in the first six months of the previous year.

The National Coordinator Director of DS Imobiliária, Marta Almeida, stated that the results demonstrate that the company's growth is based on solid pillars, mentioning an increasingly qualified network, the focus on exclusive listings, and the relationship of trust with owners. The responsible also highlighted that billing growth above the increase in the number of properties transacted shows that the company is creating more value in each business and consolidating a differentiating mediation model.

The company currently has 35 stores in operation in mainland Portugal and the islands, and a team of 334 employees. During the first half, contracts were signed for the opening of five more stores, which should become operational during the second half of the year, in Arraiolos, São Domingos de Rana, Faro Mercado, Rio Meão, and Parede.

DS Imobiliária has defined one of its main priorities by the end of 2027 as exceeding 100 stores nationwide, as well as increasing the number of employees, clients, and the business volume of the network. The company considers that the first-half results reinforce its growth trajectory, based on the expansion of national presence, the acquisition of exclusive listings, and the relationship with owners.
