Amancio Ortega, known as the founder of Zara and the textile holding company Inditex, is also the owner of commercial properties that house some of the world's most powerful companies. Among the tenants of his buildings are technology and luxury giants such as Amazon, Meta, Apple, Google, Spotify and Tiffany.

The information states that thousands of workers pass daily through doors of office buildings located in Madrid, Seattle, London, Paris and Toronto, without noticing this detail that connects them all.

The commercial properties owned by Ortega, through his real estate investment companies, constitute a significant part of his wealth, beyond the fashion sector that made him famous. This real estate activity positions the Spanish businessman as one of the largest landlords in the technology and luxury sector globally.
