The exercise is organized by the Portuguese Navy together with the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, the Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation, the NATO Joint Capability Group Maritime Unmanned Systems and the European Defence Agency. The objective is to promote collaboration between armed forces, industry, academia and international organizations, potentially resulting in technologies that contribute to shaping the future of maritime security and defense.
