The second edition of the book voucher program in Portugal ended on Monday, having registered a total of 52,448 vouchers issued. The program, which distributed 30-euro vouchers for the purchase of books, had the participation of 45 thousand young people. Of the vouchers issued, 45,075 were effectively used, representing a significant utilization rate. The book voucher is an initiative of the Portuguese government aimed at promoting reading among young people.
