Messages exchanged by Daniel Vorcaro and his lawyer Leonardo Palhares reveal details of the negotiation involving a second contract signed between Viking Participações, Vorcaro's company, and the Barci de Moraes law firm, in May 2025. The three-year contract provides for a maximum limit of R$ 50 million in fees.
The agreement includes legal services such as consulting and tax matters as well as defense in criminal investigations and lawsuits. The messages also show negotiations involving the transfer or use of shares of two assets linked to companies F24 and F53: a jet and a helicopter.
According to the draft presented, R$ 40 million would be paid through conveyance, meaning delivery of shares of two aircraft, a jet and a helicopter, and the remaining R$ 10 million through reimbursement of expenses caused by the use of the aircraft.
The documents, made public on Tuesday, do not make it clear whether the delivery of the aircraft was completed.
