Former Economy Minister António Costa Silva warned that after the conclusion of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), Portugal will need to be creative in defining its public policies. The reference to the RRP indicates that the country faces the challenge of maintaining the pace of investments and reforms once the extraordinary European funds have ended.
