17-year-old Moroccan detained for sexual abuse of minors

A 17-year-old Moroccan youth was detained on suspicion of sexual abuse of minors. Police are investigating the alleged crimes committed by the youth at the reception center for unaccompanied minors where he was staying.

The youth was initially reported and then assaulted by other migrants who shared the same reception center. The situation reportedly led to the intervention of authorities and the subsequent detention of the suspect.

Police authorities believe the number of victims may be higher than the cases already identified. The investigation continues to determine the full extent of the alleged crimes committed.
