AdC receives notification of acquisition of Spanish companies by Airbus

The Competition Authority (AdC) received a notification regarding the acquisition of Spanish companies by Airbus. The notification indicates that the target companies are dedicated to the manufacture of detailed parts, machined in aluminium and titanium. These parts can be incorporated into fuselage aero-structures. The operation thus involves the aerospace industry sector and the component supply chain for Airbus.
