Spain approves 309 million to face migration crisis in Ceuta

The Spanish Government approved a 309 million euro plan to respond to the migration crisis in Ceuta and support the local economy.

Of the total, 118 million euros are destined for the reception and humanitarian support of migrants, including approximately 1,200 unaccompanied minors.

Another 90 million euros will reinforce security in the region.

The plan also includes 80 million euros for businesses and workers affected by the decline in economic activity, with the total amount to be applied by the end of the year.
