At least three people were injured on Tuesday morning in a Russian attack on a 16-story residential building in the Podilsky district of Kiev, Ukraine. The attack was part of a large-scale offensive launched by Russia against the Ukrainian capital and surrounding areas.

The Russian offensive occurred between Monday night and Tuesday morning, hitting various areas of the Ukrainian capital. The total death toll from the large-scale attack was at least 12, including victims from the 16-story residential building.
