Almost 1,500 complaints in six months. Victims: the parents. Aggressors: the children themselves

Almost 1,500 complaints were filed in Portugal in a six-month period against children for domestic violence. The parents are the victims in these cases of violence that occur within the family. The aggressors are the victims' own children, who commit acts of violence against their parents. Every day, eight mothers or fathers file a complaint with the PSP and the GNR against their own children for domestic violence.
