The Quinta Linhas da Primavera, situated in Ronfe, in the municipality of Guimarães, is a historic property whose construction dates back to the year 1603, thus representing more than four centuries of history.

The farm was transformed into a charming accommodation, offering eight lodging units for its visitors. The accommodations are integrated in a tranquil environment, surrounded by vineyards that contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the space.

To complement the guests' experience, the property also has its own restaurant, allowing visitors to enjoy meals on site without the need to travel.

This rehabilitation project of the historic farm is part of a trend of valorization of Portuguese rural heritage, offering travelers an experience that combines the historical richness of the building with the modern comfort of quality accommodation.

Housing rentals continue to soar in Castellón: prices grow almost double the national average

Housing prices in Castellón continue to rise significantly, with rentals growing almost double the national average. Although prices in the region are still below the Spanish average, this difference is rapidly decreasing. The demand from young people seeking to become independent, combined with the scarce available supply, has driven both sales and rentals. This trend shows signs of exhaustion in some areas, but remains strong throughout the province.
