A fund managed by BPI Asset Management sold the Almirante Barroso 32 building, located in Lisbon. The transaction involves an office property that will be converted to residential use.
The building has approximately 4,500 square meters distributed across seven floors above ground and two underground floors. It also includes 39 parking spaces.
The sale is part of a trend of converting commercial properties into housing, responding to the growing demand for residential in the Portuguese capital. BPI did not disclose the value of the transaction.
