MC Pipokinha was convicted by the 1st Civil Court of Corumbá, in Mato Grosso do Sul, to pay R$ 100 thousand for collective moral damages after a performance with explicit sexual content held in February 2023. The decision is at first instance and can be appealed.
The event took place during "Esquenta do Magrão," held on an electric trio installed in an open area of the city. According to the ruling, the singer appeared partially undressed while dancers made movements and physical contact simulating sexual acts in front of teenagers.
The artist, who calls herself the "queen of filth," is no newcomer to controversies. This is another controversy from a series of episodes that have already earned her numerous criticisms and media attention.
The court considered that the performance was inappropriate given the audience present, which included minors, constituting collective moral damage for exposing teenagers to explicit sexual content.
