IHM – Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira carried out during the months of July and August the "Férias Vivas 2026" program, a leisure time initiative aimed at children and youth during the school break period.
The program involved 150 children and youth residing in the housing complexes managed by IHM, distributed across various areas of Madeira, including Nazaré, Ribeira Grande, Comandante Camacho de Freitas, Santo Amaro, Ribeiro Real, Torre-Machico and Nogueira.
This initiative aims to provide alternative activities for young residents of the social housing neighborhoods in the region, contributing to the healthy use of their time during the summer holidays.
The "Férias Vivas 2026" is part of IHM's social responsibility actions, which manages various housing developments in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
