Bioremodeling is a facial rejuvenation treatment that follows a different approach from traditional procedures. Instead of filling in creases, restoring volume, or redefining face contours, its goal is to improve skin quality by stimulating natural processes in the body that help maintain firmness, elasticity, and hydration.
The concept of bioremodeling is related to the ability to promote tissue remodeling through cellular and biochemical stimuli. Among the substances used for this purpose is hyaluronic acid, which, in addition to being naturally present in the body, participates in different processes in the environment surrounding cells and supports tissues.
The dermatologist Flávia Brasileiro, a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology, is the specialist quoted in the article. She explains that the fundamental difference in relation to traditional fillers is that bioremodeling does not seek to alter the face's shape or contour, but rather to improve the quality and health of the skin in a more subtle and natural way.
