The 30-second gesture after showering that can prevent stains on the shower glass

The cleaning of the shower glass can become a frustrating task, especially in areas where the water contains a high concentration of minerals. When the drops dry, the well-known whitish marks start to appear, resulting from mineral deposits that remain on the surface after the water evaporates.

The solution involves using a small squeegee on the glass immediately after finishing the shower. According to the British portal Netmums, this routine can take approximately 30 seconds and allows removing most of the drops before the water has the opportunity to evaporate.

The moment when you do this gesture is fundamental. Passing the squeegee while the glass is still wet reduces the number of drops that naturally dry on the surface, avoiding the progressive accumulation of deposits that make the glass dull and more difficult to clean.

This habit does not eliminate the need to clean the shower regularly, but it can considerably facilitate maintenance and avoid part of the work needed to remove already hardened stains.
