Promoted by CCDBA – Centro Cultural e Desportivo de Brejos de Azeitão, the Park Festival is an event that brings together sport and socializing in the town of Azeitão. The initiative also served to present several of the teams that will represent the club in the new sporting season.
Over the first two days, the women's football teams were presented, as well as the petizes, traquinas, benjamins and infantis teams of CCDBA. The program included demonstrations of taekwondo, hip-hop, samba and zumba, performances by DJ Monchique and the band Azul Crisálida, as well as a dance with André Patrão.
The last day featured presentations of jiu-jitsu and ballroom dancing, as well as the men's football teams of iniciados/juvenis and juniores from the club and a dance with Cristais da Noite. Throughout the three days, Parque do Morango hosted spaces for gastronomy and crafts, traditional games and socializing areas.
This was the fifth edition of the Park Festival, which took place about a month and a half before CCDBA celebrates its 50th anniversary, on October 11th. The initiative had the support of the Municipality of Setúbal and the Parish Council of Azeitão.
