The mayor of Matosinhos criticized the Portuguese Government for what she considers a "lack of decision" regarding housing, harming the country's municipalities. According to the mayor, the country should already have a new housing strategy in practice, after the end of the PRR, the Recovery and Resilience Plan, which has concluded its implementation period. This situation is creating difficulties for municipalities that depend on the central Government's decisions to move forward with housing projects.
