When asked about his look with a tank top and almost fully tattooed torso, he joked that he was in the Brazilian winter, not the English summer, commenting that the British summer used to be pleasant, but now there is a kind of "Brazilian summer" happening in England.
Sykes is married to Brazilian model Alissa Salls, who launched herself as a singer under the name Alissic in 2020. The couple has spent long seasons in Brazil since the isolation period during the pandemic. According to the 39-year-old musician, he lives in Ubatuba "more and more," and after the arrival of the twins in July 2025, the British cold was definitely left behind.
