Vice president of Cimed, Karla Felmanas, opened the doors of her country house in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo, through a series of videos posted on social media. The property is located in the Fazenda Boa Vista condominium, approximately 90 kilometers from the São Paulo capital. The businesswoman mainly showed the living spaces of the house, which has an open concept and integration between the areas.
The property was designed by architect João Armentano, with landscaping signed by Alex Hanazaki. Karla said she usually spends almost every weekend at the property with her family. The project also had the participation of her son, Pedro Felmanas, who is an architect and helped make the residence match what the family had imagined.
