SP Gastronomia reaches its last day this Sunday (30th), at Parque Villa-Lobos, in the West Zone of São Paulo. The festival offers the public, starting at noon, participating restaurants, food trucks, and the Small Producers Fair. The program also includes auditorium attractions focused on gastronomy, food, and sustainability.
Among the activities on the last day is the workshop "In the Fight Against Nutricide: Pesto with PANCs," from 6 PM to 7 PM, taught by Tainá Salomão and Carlos Augusto. The workshop presents possibilities for using Unconventional Food Plants in diet. In the children's musical program, the show "Luiz e Nazinha – Luiz Gonzaga for Children" will be presented at 3 PM.
Singer Silva closes the festival's musical program, with the show scheduled for 7 PM. Among the participating restaurants is Camélia Odòdó, a 100% vegan restaurant that values local producers.
