The president of the Câmara Municipal of Câmara de Lobos, Celso, thanked the commitment of all personnel and entities that participated in fighting the fire that broke out last night in Furneira, in Jardim da Serra. He particularly highlighted the firefighters' response during the battle against the flames.
Celso also recognized the work carried out by the Regional Civil Protection Service and Municipal Civil Protection, which contributed to the response to the fire. The president expressed his gratitude to all the entities involved in the operation.
In addition to his thanks, Celso expressed his expectation to obtain clarification on what he considered a "suspicious" fire, hoping for answers about the causes of the fire that destroyed the Furneira area.
