A 50-year-old man died as a result of multiple stab wounds in Maia. The crime involved multiple strikes and had fatal consequences for the victim.

The perpetrator of the crime is believed to have been the victim's stepson, establishing a family relationship between those involved. This family connection makes the case particularly serious and unusual.

The suspect is 20 years of age and is already in custody with authorities. Security forces carried out his capture following the incident.
