BTG Pactual moves to become sole owner of Beira-Rio's commercial operations

BTG Pactual is about to become the sole owner of Brio, the company responsible for managing the commercial areas of Estádio Beira-Rio, home of Sport Club Internacional. The financial institution already owns 50% of the business and is in the process of acquiring the remaining 50%.

The 50% being purchased belongs to construction company Andrade Gutierrez, which had been the BTG Pactual's partner in the operation since the beginning of the partnership. The value of the transaction was not disclosed in the article.

Brio manages various revenue sources of the stadium, including boxes, VIP seats, stores, and the parking lot of Beira-Rio. These areas represent a significant share of the commercial revenue of the sports complex.
