Thousands of Public Security Police agents across the country have their professional careers frozen because the courses needed for progression are not starting. This situation is affecting numerous police officers who depend on these courses to advance in their careers.
The agents involved in this situation are deeply outraged by the state of affairs. Frustration among PSP members has been growing given the impossibility of progressing professionally.
Police officers point the finger at the National Directorate of the PSP as responsible for this situation. The entity responsible for police management is at the center of criticism for not being able to organize or get the necessary courses started.
The Government is also pointed out as responsible by the discontented agents. The governmental oversight of the PSP is also under pressure while thousands of police officers await a resolution for the unblocking of their careers.
