Francisco Gomes accuses Albuquerque of governing "with backs turned to the people"

Chega MP to the Assembly of the Republic, Francisco Gomes, accused Miguel Albuquerque's Regional Government this Sunday of being an elitist executive and of having lost the capacity to respond to the concrete problems of Madeiran families.

The statements were made during a party event in the municipality of Machico, on the occasion of the Feast of the Most Holy Sacrament and the Burning of the Torches.

Francisco Gomes stated that Miguel Albuquerque governs for a small elite and to stay in power, having completely lost the connection to the real needs of the population of Madeira.
