Sienna Belle is an actress known for work in children's comedy and musicals, but she is about to change course in her career. She plays young Maggie Fox in the film "The Fox Sisters," a feature directed by Wagner de Assis and produced by Cinética Filmes, arriving in Brazilian theaters on September 24.
The film, shot in English, recounts the story of sisters Maggie, Kate, and Leah Fox, figures associated with the rise of modern spiritualism in the 19th century. The production premiered at the NoHo CineFest in Los Angeles before being released in Brazil.
To bring Maggie to life, Sienna needed to connect not only with the character but also with the historical period in which her story unfolded. Her first encounter with the history happened during the casting process, when she auditioned for the role.
