The businessmen Carlos Fernandes Neves and Rui Bello da Silva acquired the printing company Europress, located in Alvalade, Lisbon. The operation represents a transfer of ownership of the company to the new buyers.
The sale was completed as part of the succession process of the company's founding family, the Vintém. This transition comes as a natural part of the business continuity after generations under the management of the original family.
Europress is a historic company in the Portuguese printing sector, with a consolidated presence in the Alvalade area. With this acquisition, the new owners take control of a company with tradition in the Lisbon market.
