TriD Consultores inaugurates on September 25th new facilities in Bensafrim, in the municipality of Lagos. The initiative includes a conversation dedicated to the role of human relations in the future of organizations, intending to bring together business owners, managers and representatives from different organizations in the Algarve.
The panel will be composed of Luís Serra Coelho, professor and director of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Algarve, Luísa Salazar d'Eça, Head of People & Culture at Aviludo, and Amélia Santos, cofounder and CEO of Innuos. The diversity of the three participants' professional backgrounds will allow the topic to be approached from different perspectives, spanning academia, people management, entrepreneurship, innovation and business experience.
The program includes a conversation on the question "What will be the role of human relations in the future of organizations?", seeking to cross different perspectives on leadership, organizational culture and people management. Guest reception is scheduled from 5:30 PM, followed at 6:30 PM by the start of the conversation.
The event will take place at TriD Consultores' new facilities, at Rua do Rossio, No. 18, in Bensafrim. After the panel, there will be the Inauguration of the new facilities, followed by a celebration.
