The Lisbon Stock Exchange opened Tuesday's session in negative territory, with most listed companies trading lower. The main index of the Portuguese market reflected the negative sentiment that dominated the start of trading.
The restaurant company Ibersol was one of the main losers, with a drop of almost 2% after the release of its results. The decline in the listed company's shares was among the most significant of the day on the Lisbon market.
In the opposite direction, only three listed companies started the session with gains. The minority of gains contrasts with the predominantly negative tone seen in the rest of the Portuguese stock market.
