Craig Berg, 70 years old, was found alive and injured after spending about a week missing on Isle Royale, a remote island in Lake Superior, in the US state of Michigan, in the United States. The man had gone camping alone and became lost on the island.
The elderly man was located on Saturday with the help of other hikers, Michigan State Police officers and local officials. According to information from Isle Royale National Park, posted on Facebook, Berg had hypothermia and presented some injuries, but was conscious and alert at the time he was rescued.
