The Portuguese non-governmental organization Oikos successfully concluded its humanitarian aid distribution mission in Venezuela. The mission aimed to support Luso-Venezuelans affected by the violent earthquake that occurred in the country on June 24.
The tremor caused significant damage to the local population, including the Portuguese community residing in Venezuela. Faced with this emergency situation, Oikos mobilized resources to bring humanitarian assistance to those affected.
As part of this operation, the NGO managed to distribute more than three thousand humanitarian aid kits. These packages likely contained essential goods such as food, water, medicines, and basic necessities for the victims of the natural disaster.
